- The kitchen is a well-equipped with crockery, cutlery, etc, fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave and small dishwasher.
- In the utility room there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and plenty of room for your beach equipment.
- The master bedroom has a coffee table and seating for two in which you can relax and take full advantage of the fantastic sea-views! There's a double bed, wardrobe, chest-of-drawers, hair dryer, flat-screen TV and en-suite with bath and separate shower.
- The twin room is warm and sunny. There's a wardrobe, chest-of-drawers, hair dryer, flat-screen TV and en-suite with large shower.
- The further double bedroom is warm and sunny and looks out to the garden. There's a chair, wardrobe, chest-of-drawers, hair dryer, flat-screen TV and en-suite with large shower.
- All bedrooms are on the first floor and accessed via typical stairs.
- Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels for six people are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
- The small garden at the back of the house has a picnic table and BBQ, and there is plenty of outside space to store your surfboards and bicycles.
- The private drive at the front of the house has parking for three cars (we advise you to reverse park so you can get off the drive safely).
